About The Position
Overview: A growing and reputable insurance agency is seeking a motivated Commercial Lines Construction Account Manager to join their team. This is a hybrid role based in the Greater Philadelphia area, ideal for someone with construction insurance experience and strong client service skills.
Requirements
- Active P&C License required
- Demonstrated experience in commercial lines insurance, with knowledge of construction insurance
- Familiarity with Applied Epic or similar agency management system
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team
- Knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance requirements
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts ranging from $100k to $500k in premiums
- Collaborate with Producers to service and grow existing accounts
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and underwriters
- Analyze and assess clients' insurance needs, providing appropriate solutions and recommendations
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies
- Handle policy endorsements, renewals, and cancellations
- Assist with claims processing and resolution as needed
