About The Position

Our service professionals play a vital role in supporting our clients with day-to-day account management, claims management, and underwriting services that ensure they have what they need to protect what matters most. Through a robust network of resources, you will be amongst some of the industry’s top talent to help guide and support our customer’s needs and provide them with innovative insurance solutions. We are seeking an Account Manager to join our Commercial Lines team. This role works collaboratively with the service team to provide provides day-to-day service for our Commercial clients by maintaining client relationships, supporting client retention, maintaining strong carrier relationships and understanding client needs. Serves as day-to-day contact and provides resolution for client questions and issues. Assists with the entire account service process Works with service team to market clients to carriers and prepare proposals Processes certificates, endorsements, MVRs, loss runs Binds policies, assists with billing, audits and premium financing, as necessary

Requirements

  • 3 years of related commercial insurance experience within a brokerage environment
  • Experience servicing policies in a brokerage environment
  • HS diploma or GED
  • An active insurance license in good standing
  • Ability to effectively interact with all levels within the organization
  • Computer proficient with MSOS, Outlook, agency management systems (Epic preferred)
