About The Position

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Agent to join a growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a team-oriented environment within a rapidly expanding organization. Requirements

• Property and Casualty (P&C) license required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial lines insurance; 2-5 years preferred
• Proficiency in EPIC software or similar systems
• Driven and self-motivated
• Team player with a collaborative mindset
• Friendly and approachable demeanor
• Strong work ethic and "get the job done" attitude

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial lines accounts as a generalist, handling a variety of account sizes and types
• Provide end-to-end servicing of accounts, including quoting new and renewal business
• Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and account retention
• Utilize EPIC software for account management and documentation
• Participate in training sessions and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and practices
