Insurance Agent - Commercial Lines
About The Position
FSA Insurance Agency is looking for charismatic and detail-oriented Commercial Line Insurance Agents to join our growing team! We offer salary, along with commission for every sale closed, along with additional bonus opportunities! You will already have solid experience in customer service, call center, sales, or related experience. You understand how to listen to customer needs with patience and present products/answer questions that meet those needs clearly and efficiently. You are positive, passionate, and productive. You are comfortable with computers and utilizing multiple screens and programs at once.
Requirements

- Basic computer knowledge
- Sales experience preferred

Responsibilities
- Reports directly to the Sales Team Leads, who will train you closely in the first few weeks and be available there-after for support and regular meetings to review sales accomplishments and challenges.
- Sell Commercial Lines via inbound leads (no cold calling at all ever!).
- Stay productive by taking outbound leads throughout the day and making time for follow ups and callbacks.
- Maintain all compliance requirements of the sales call and follow recommendations from call audits.
