Requirements
- Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of commercial lines account management experience.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to providing excellent customer service.
Nice To Haves
- Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.
- Relevant educational background is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Manage and service a portfolio of commercial accounts with premiums over $25,000.
- Handle all aspects of account servicing, including quoting new and renewal business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
- Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and ensure accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional service and support to clients.
