Requirements

  • Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a client-facing role within the insurance industry.
  • Proven expertise in managing large market accounts and negotiating with carriers.
  • Familiarity with EPIC software is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • A stable work history with at least 2-3 years in each previous role is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, including generalist, real estate, staffing, and surety accounts with premiums of $150,000 or more.
  • Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the placement team to provide suggestions for quoting new and renewal business.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with carriers to secure the best outcomes for clients.
  • Utilize EPIC software to manage account information and workflows efficiently.
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client retention.
  • Maintain a professional and proactive approach to problem-solving and client relationship management.
