Commercial Lines Account Manager Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in managing and servicing a diverse portfolio of accounts while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. Compensation Package Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 for Account Managers; $80,000 - $110,000 for Senior Account Managers (commensurate with experience). Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) plan, and other perks. Work Arrangement: Flexible work environment with optional remote work on Mondays and Fridays. In-office presence required Tuesday through Thursday. Travel: Occasional travel to visit local clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience independently managing a book of business in a client-facing role.
  • Proven ability to handle accounts of varying sizes and industries.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building lasting client relationships.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently while contributing to a team environment.
  • Familiarity with quoting new and renewal business.
  • Ability to travel locally as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage and service a portfolio of accounts across various industries and sizes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Handle both new and renewal business quotes, providing tailored solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations to enhance their experience.
  • Participate in client meetings, both virtually and on-site, as required.
