Commercial Lending Servicer
About The Position
Wasatch Peaks Credit Union, operating 6 branches in Weber County, Utah, is seeking a Commercial Lending Servicer. The credit union was formed through the merger of Weber, Alliance, and SummitOne Credit Unions and is guided by its mission: "Exceeding expectations one member at a time." In this full-time role, the Commercial Lending Servicer will be an integral part of the Commercial Lending team, providing essential clerical and administrative assistance to support members with their commercial lending needs. This support spans the entire loan process, from application to closing, helping ensure a smooth and accurate experience for members.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of similar or related experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Maintain and track all insurance policies, post interest only payments, file and track UCCs and title tracking for business loans and collateral release
- Assist Commercial Loan Processor with any needs, put business files together, scan documents, checklist new accounts and serve as back up to Cashman service
- Navigate and use CASH software including risk ratings, cash flow analysis, etc.
- Post payments to MBL system, book new loans, process loan pay-offs, account research, prepare checks for construction draws, help with audit reviews and vault clean up
- Knowledge of wire transfers including ability to process and verify them from online, phone and in-person requests
