About The Position

The purpose of this role is to lead the technology initiatives required to maintain and enhance the Commercial Lending capabilities across the US Market. The impact of this role is to maintain an adequately functioning (in terms of process support, IT Risk/Audit/regulatory compliance), user accepted, cost efficient technology platform. This role will work collaboratively with vendors and managing front to back functions to ensure projects objectives are achieved.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of banking industry experience with product experience within the Commercial Lending domain.
  • Experience leading cross functional teams in delivering a multi-year transformational program.
  • Extensive experience designing and building mission critical software services.
  • Experience leading teams to develop highly complex and concurrent applications.
  • Ability to contribute and work well in a team setting.
  • Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for design, development, and implementation of key parts of the Business & Client Services Technology platform.
  • Lead the delivery team in the maintenance and enhancements critical for Commercial Lending applications.
  • Accomplish this by teamwork, having a can-do mindset with a hands-on approach and focus on details.
  • Responsible for ensuring the Core Loans platforms meet all internal and external Audit/Regulatory/Compliance requirements.
  • Manage relationships with key operations partners to define and prioritize deliveries.
  • Collaborate with IT partners across the organization in support of operations deliverables and to ensure delivery/compliance on Risk initiatives.
