About The Position

We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Leasing Specialist to drive leasing of company-owned commercial properties. This owner-side role is ideal for a proven leasing professional with 3+ years of experience, a strong record of closing deals, and a deep understanding of commercial lease structures. You will manage tenant acquisition, lease negotiation, and portfolio occupancy optimization, directly contributing to revenue growth and property performance nationwide.

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial leasing or property management experience
• Proven track record of executed lease deals
• Strong negotiation and client-facing skills
• Knowledge of NNN, Gross, and Modified Gross lease structures

Nice To Haves

• Certifications (RPA, CPM, SIOR, CCIM) preferred
• Owner-side leasing experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lease company-owned commercial properties to qualified tenants
• Source and qualify tenant leads through outreach and inbound channels
• Conduct property tours and present tailored leasing solutions
• Negotiate rental rates, lease terms, and concessions
• Prepare and execute LOIs and lease agreements
• Manage tenant onboarding and transition
• Track leasing KPIs, pipeline activity, and occupancy performance
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to position assets competitively
