Job Description As a Commercial Law Paralegal, you will provide legal assistance to attorneys and guide communication between company attorneys, outside counsel, organizations and in-house employees. You will focus on improving processes, implementing solutions, and supporting operational excellence across OGC and cross-functional teams. You will prepare and file legal documents with appropriate entities, and research projects as directed by corporate attorneys. You will report to our General Counsel, Commercial Law and work hybrid schedule in either Milwaukee, WI, or Mayfield Heights, OH. Your Responsibilities:

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • Paralegal certification or coursework; legal operations experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in legal operations, process improvement, or project management within a legal or corporate environment.
  • Familiarity with legal technology platforms (CLM tools, e-billing, matter management systems).

Responsibilities

  • Lead process improvement projects within OGC and other teams
  • Improve internal workflows, tools, and governance standards
  • Track project deliverables, create updates, and communicate progress to team members
  • Provide training for legal technology tools
  • Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and other departments to implement efficient solutions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies
