Prominient southeastern law firm is seeking an associate attorney with 3 years transactional experience to join its' Raleigh office. The choice candidate will have experience drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts: supply and distribution agreements, consulting agreements, IT/IP contracts, software licenses, and other general transactional matters. intellectual property experience preferred
