This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of middle-market accounts, including Commercial Real Estate, Construction, Contractors, and Aviation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial insurance sales, a strong understanding of the industry, and the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships. Compensation Package Base Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 annually, plus commission. Commission Structure: Year 1: $100,000 base salary + 25% commission on all qualifying cases. Year 2: $100,000 (75% salary, 25% draw) + commission if exceeding draw. Year 3: $100,000 (50% salary, 50% draw) + commission if exceeding draw.
