Mission: The Essence of The Job You will acquire new customers for our insurance agency by offering Commercial Auto, General Liability, Excess Liability & Commercial Umbrella, Workers Compensation and other Commercial Lines products. $50k Salary - Experience Based Plus Uncapped Commissions! Top Earners Can Make $80k-$120k
Requirements
- Valid P&C License
- Proven Commercial Sales Success
- Positive personality
- Coachable & open to constructive criticism for training and growth
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intrinsically driven to be successful
- Resourceful
- Acquire $75K New Business Premium monthly between Farmers and outside markets
- Collaborate with team development as agency grows and advance from within
