About The Position

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Commercial Lines Producer to join a dynamic team. Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in commercial lines insurance.
Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Proficiency in using Applied EPIC software is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel for client visits as needed.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
Actively produce and grow a book of business by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner during client interactions and industry events.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide clients with the best possible advice and solutions.
