About The Position

Commercial Insurance Producer - Hybrid Job Summary: Seeking a motivated Commercial Insurance Producer to help drive new business, develop strong client relationships, and provide tailored commercial insurance solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in commercial P&C insurance sales
• Active Florida 2-20 Property & Casualty license required
• Strong knowledge of commercial lines coverages (GL, WC, Property, Auto, Umbrella, etc.)
• Proven track record of new business development and client acquisition
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-starter with a goal-driven mindset and high level of professionalism

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with agency management systems (e.g., EPIC, AMS360) and rating platforms preferred

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business through networking, referrals, cold calling, and industry outreach
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Understand clients’ business needs to recommend appropriate insurance solutions
• Prepare and present insurance proposals, quotes, and renewal strategies
• Collaborate with account managers and the marketing team for smooth client onboarding and service
• Stay informed on market trends, underwriting guidelines, and carrier appetites
• Represent the agency at networking events and community functions
• Meet or exceed sales production and client retention goals
