About The Position

Job Description Commercial Insurance Marketing Specialist Established agency seeking a detail-oriented person who demonstrates clear knowledge and understanding of commercial lines insurance coverage. Candidate will be familiar with all coverage lines with both admitted and non-admitted carriers. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

Requirements

• Experience working with multiple lines coverage.
• Prior experience in a client facing role, building and maintaining relationships
• Experience in brokerage setting.
• Carry an active P&C license

Responsibilities

• Manage a large, established book of business.
• Handle new and renewal business, including coverage review and endorsements.
• Review insurance contracts for accuracy.
• Complete and prepare certificates, proposals, policy summaries, and reviews.
• Work independently or as part of a team to support sales and drive agency revenue.
• Responsible for retention of all accounts assigned to them.
• Apply problem solving techniques to various issues including cancellations, claims, renewal issues, audits, receivables, carrier issues.
