About The Position
An established and reputable organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager or Account Executive to join its team. This role is pivotal in managing and servicing a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts, including construction, contractors, HOAs, condos, and real estate. The position offers a hybrid work schedule with a strong emphasis on work-life balance and community involvement.
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial lines account management, with a strong background in construction accounts.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
Nice To Haves
- Proficiency in EPIC software is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage and service a book of middle to large market commercial accounts.
- Handle quoting for new and renewal business.
- Collaborate with producers and oversee an assistant to ensure efficient account management.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in industries such as construction, real estate, and property management.
- Utilize EPIC software for account management and documentation.
