About The Position
We're seeking a Commercial Insurance Account Manager with experience in Commercial Property & Casualty to help manage and nurture our expanding book of business.
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with agency management systems (Applied Epic preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational abilities, and a proactive client-first attitude
- Active Florida 440 or 220 Insurance License (Will be required to have 220 within 3 months
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Commercial Property & Casualty insurance
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with producers on new and renewal business opportunities
- Service commercial insurance accounts with professionalism and care
- Conduct policy renewals, coverage analysis, and risk assessments
- Process endorsements, certificates, and policy documentation efficiently
- Build strong client and carrier relationships while advocating for optimal coverage solutions
- Stay current on industry regulations, coverage trends, and market shifts
