Requirements
- Valid P&C License
- 1+ Years proven Commercial Accounts Manager experience
- Positive personality
- Coachable & open to constructive criticism for training and growth
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intrinsically driven to be successful
- Resourceful
Responsibilities
- Proactively review and renewal all lines of Commercial policies
- Be able to provide prompt communication to our business owners to insure retention and a positive agency experience
- Maintain the database of policy details, communication notes, documents/attachments, and billing receipts for each customer’s profile
