About The Position

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. Requirements

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial insurance account management.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to adapt to the West Virginia/Virginia culture.
Familiarity with Vertafore (AMS360) software is preferred.
Experience working with independent agencies is highly desirable.
Familiarity with accounts in municipalities, workers' compensation, non-profits, and coal mining is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage a book of business valued at approximately $8 million in premium, including accounts ranging from $3,000 to $1 million.
Service accounts across various industries, including municipalities, workers' compensation, non-profits, and coal mining.
Handle all aspects of account management, from A to Z, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Quote new and renewal business, leveraging your expertise to provide tailored insurance solutions.
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding and addressing their unique needs.
Utilize Vertafore (AMS360) software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
