About The Position

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. As a key member of our team, you will manage a diverse portfolio of accounts across industries such as hospitality, real estate, non-profit, construction, and property. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, with the expectation of being in the office four days a week.

Requirements

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with EPIC software and a generalist background in commercial lines insurance.
Exposure to multiple industries, including hospitality, real estate, non-profit, construction, and property.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
Hybrid role, with four days a week in the office.

Responsibilities

Manage and service a portfolio of commercial lines accounts across multiple industries.
Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Collaborate with Account Executives, Producers, and support staff to deliver exceptional client service.
Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
Provide proactive communication and solutions to clients, addressing their insurance needs effectively.
