About The Position
Job Description Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts Work with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide appropriate coverage solutions Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals Assist clients with claims handling and provide support throughout the claims process Stay up to date on industry trends and insurance regulations Qualifications Proven experience as a Commercial Insurance Account Manager or similar role Proficiency with AMS software, specifically Applied EPIC In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products and coverage options Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively A valid insurance license Day-to-day Engage with clients to review their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to negotiate terms and coverage options Process policy change requests and provide timely updates to clients Address client inquiries and provide ongoing support Stay informed about changes in the insurance industry and share relevant updates with clients #LI-TS2 #INDTJ-ST
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Commercial Insurance Account Manager or similar role
- Proficiency with AMS software, specifically Applied EPIC
