Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance industry, specifically with middle-market commercial accounts
• Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• A proactive and results-driven attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of middle-market commercial accounts
• Handle renewals and market accounts effectively to meet client needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Utilize EPIC software for account management and documentation
• Meet and exceed sales and performance targets
