About The Position

The Commercial Insulator Foreman will supervise day-to-day field operations, coordinate labor and materials, review project plans, enforce safety requirements, and support the successful delivery of insulation projects. This position requires strong leadership, technical knowledge of insulation systems, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced field environment.

Requirements

Extensive experience in commercial or industrial insulation, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or foreman-level role.
Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
Proven track record of maintaining a safe, productive, and high-quality jobsite.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of insulation crews on active job sites.
Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to guide team members effectively.
Ensure full compliance with OSHA and company safety procedures.
Monitor project progress, identify issues, and implement solutions to keep work on schedule.
Communicate regularly with project managers, contractors, and team members.
Train, mentor, and develop crew members to strengthen skills and performance.
Maintain proper jobsite organization, material handling, and equipment use.
Ensure all work meets quality standards, project specs, and client expectations.
