The Service Technician will work independently or as part of a team responsible for the installation, startup, troubleshooting, commissioning, and servicing of commercial HVACR equipment, systems, and units. This role involves serving existing accounts by analyzing work orders, planning daily travel schedules, investigating complaints, conducting tests, and resolving problems. The technician will establish service by studying system requirements, ordering and gathering components and parts, completing installations, and performing acceptance tests. Maintaining rapport with customers by examining complaints, identifying solutions, suggesting improved methods and techniques, and recommending system improvements is also a key aspect. The technician is responsible for keeping personal equipment operating, documenting service and installation actions, and maintaining customer confidence by keeping service information confidential. Continuous learning through educational opportunities and professional publications is expected. The Service Technician will also accomplish operations and organization missions by completing related results as needed and will follow and perform other instructions and related duties as set forth by management.
