We are a family-owned HVAC and plumbing company with more than 50 years of success serving commercial and residential customers. As part of our long-term growth strategy, we are investing in a dedicated Commercial HVAC Sales & Business Development role focused on expanding our commercial service and maintenance customer base in the Rochester and greater Rochester area. This role is designed for a relationship-driven professional who understands that sustainable commercial growth is built through trust, technical credibility, and long-term service partnerships. The primary focus is developing new commercial accounts and converting them into recurring maintenance and service relationships.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of commercial HVAC, facilities, or B2B service sales experience
  • Proven success selling maintenance agreements or recurring service solutions
  • Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems and service value
  • Consultative, relationship-first sales approach
  • Organized, disciplined, and accountable
  • Comfortable working closely with service and operations teams

Responsibilities

  • Develop new commercial HVAC service and maintenance accounts
  • Build relationships with facility managers, property managers, building owners, and decision-makers
  • Convert new customers into long-term maintenance agreements
  • Grow recurring service revenue within assigned accounts
  • Collaborate with service leadership to align customer expectations and execution
  • Maintain pipeline discipline using CRM tools
  • Represent the company professionally in the commercial marketplace
