Overarching Goal Develop leads that grow Commercial and O&I revenue in alignment with enterprise priorities

Requirements

  • Two years of experience in a business-to-business selling environment
  • An understanding of the sales pipeline with a focus on lead development
  • Ability to mine databases, spark relationships, and uncover opportunities with prospecting targets
  • Effective collaboration with others
  • Hybrid Arrangement
  • Ability to work at a Mesa branch or remotely
  • Willingness to travel if necessary

Responsibilities

  • Schedule salesperson appointments with Commercial and O&I prospects
  • Identify and develop leads identified by Commercial salespersons
  • Identify, qualify, and develop Commercial and O&I leads
  • Build relationships and position Mesa for success
  • Use HubSpot as CRM for all activities
  • Work with Sales leadership to gain industry knowledge, understand Mesa deliverables, and develop skills
  • Collaborate with Marketing leadership on social media presence, campaigns, and collateral development
  • Uncover effective uses of HubSpot and AI for process enhancement
  • Elevate Mesas visibility and reputation in the marketplace
  • Act in accordance with Mesa values of Pride, Respect, and Trust, and principles of EOS
