Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales, preferably with complex or regulated customers
  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills, comfortable with proactive outreach
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with partners to drive joint business outcomes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and provide clear updates
  • Growth mindset, curiosity, and bias for action in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Ability to understand technical solutions and align them to customer or partner needs
  • Comfort working in a remote-first, collaborative team culture

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, customer stakeholders, and program teams
  • Proactively generate and qualify new business opportunities across existing and net-new accounts
  • Collaborate with partner teams to drive introductions, joint conversations, and opportunity discovery
  • Work closely with internal Account Executives to engage opportunities early in the sales lifecycle
  • Establish repeatable engagement cadences with partners, including sales enablement and opportunity shaping
  • Track partner activities, funding signals, and priorities to identify where solutions can add value
  • Share customer and partner insights with Growth and Engineering teams to refine strategy
  • Represent the organization at industry events, partner meetings, and working groups
