What We're Looking For: Experience in Commercial HVAC, Refrigeration, and Ice Machines. Restaurant Equipment Experience is preferred but not required. A strong desire to learn about commercial HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and restaurant equipment. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Willingness to work on-call upon advancement to a service technician role. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass a background check. EPA certification (Type I & II or Universal) for handling refrigerants. A technical degree or relevant certifications are a plus but not required. TWC Services, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer. Requirements
