Requirements

1+ year experience in the diagnosis and repair of commercial equipment (prior experience with refrigeration, electrical, HVAC, ice machines, or related equipment)
EPA 2 Certification
Working knowledge of mobile tools and applications
Experience in and the ability to demonstrate volt meter operations
Ability to work a full-time schedule which includes a rotating on-call schedule
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
Problem solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing repair and maintenance issues
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to ensure service calls are completed in a timely manner
Skills in maintaining organized records and documentation of service activities
Demonstrated track record of delivering highest level of customer satisfaction
EPA 2 Certification
