About The Position
CCS Construction Staffing is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Mechanic - Foreman for multiple commercial projects in the Indianapolis, IN area. The Commercial HVAC Mechanic - Foreman will be responsible for supervising HVAC crews, managing materials, and coordinating between the field and office for three active commercial projects in the Indianapolis area (primarily in Hamilton County). This role includes purchasing materials, supervising a team, reading blueprints, communicating with superintendents and office personnel, and occasionally dropping off materials. The foreman will be working on multiple projects at once (all within 20 miles of Indianapolis) and will drive a company vehicle to oversee daily site operations. Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus but not required. Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of commercial HVAC experience, including leadership roles
- Skilled in ductwork installation, system layout, and equipment setup
- Experience reading prints, coordinating teams, and managing multiple projects
- Must provide own hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
- Must pass any required background checks or drug screenings
- Must have a valid driver's license (company vehicle provided)
- Strong focus on leadership, safety, and communication

Responsibilities
- Supervise HVAC installation and service crews on multiple job sites
- Purchase and coordinate delivery of materials for ongoing projects
- Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings
- Communicate effectively between the superintendent, field staff, and office
- Oversee daily operations to ensure safety, productivity, and quality
- Drop off or transport materials between job sites as needed
- Maintain scheduling, crew reports, and field documentation
- Ensure all installations meet code requirements and project specifications
