Requirements

Extensive HVAC field knowledge with minimum 10 years’ service field experience.
Extensive Safety knowledge and training with minimum 10 years field experience.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Ability to organize and plan daily responsibilities effectively.

Nice To Haves

Strong computer skills a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide technical assistance and on-site training for team members.
Assist Field Supervisor in evaluating skills and create development plans for each technician.
Will have superior customer relations skills.
Will have one of the cleanest vehicle and proper uniform.
MSCA Star Certified.
Take and complete the Star Certification Test.
Assist and train the technicians in their communication with the customer.
Provide for response to after hours and emergency service calls when the primary technician is unavailable.
Should be proactive when possible “warranty” or “credits” could arise.
Ensure compliance of team members to all safety policies and procedures.
Ensure all their quoted work is performed at or under allotted time.
Consistently attend or teach union training courses for continued education.
Should be the technical “go to” for the Team Dispatcher in the Field Supervisors absence.
Assist sales and quote department with technical information required.
