Requirements

• Must have at least 5 years of previous HVAC Construction Experience
• Foreman experience is strongly preferred
• Must have experience reading and understanding blue-prints
• Must have knowledge in fiberglass, metal duct, and ductboard
• Must be able to run projects with up to 8 workers
• Must be able to perform duct take-offs and field measure fittings

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, furnaces, and refrigeration systems.
• Ability to layout and work on ductwork, split systems, roof top units, and VRF systems
• Run a team of up to 8 people on a given job site
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all installations.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to plumb, weld, and refrigerate as necessary for system installations.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
