Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Internship or 1–2 years of relevant finance/accounting experience preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with data analytics tools is a plus.
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing and analyzing customer and industry profitability trends to support commercial priorities.
  • Partner with business leaders to interpret financial results and provide recommendations that improve performance.
  • Build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams, enhancing collaboration and promoting financial acumen throughout the organization.
  • Support budget monitoring and variance analysis, communicating findings effectively to stakeholders.
  • Assist with the calculation and governance of the Sales Incentive Plan, ensuring transparency and alignment with objectives.
  • Collaborate with pricing and commercial teams to contribute to pricing strategies and market insights.
  • Participate in margin analysis reviews and help translate findings into actionable steps.
  • Gain exposure to customer contract terms and their financial impacts on the business.
  • Contribute to the development of reporting tools and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Take part in cross-functional projects to improve processes and strengthen business outcomes.
