Position Overview In this role, you'll be responsible for using our specialized equipment and following our proven processes to clean a variety of surfaces in residential homes. These surfaces include but are not limited to carpet, tile, wood, natural stone, and upholstery. As part of our commitment to comprehensive service, you will also receive cross-training in HVAC air duct cleaning, allowing you to expand your skills and provide additional services to our customers.
Requirements
- Dependable Drivers : A valid driver's license and a good driving record.
- Comfortable at Heights : Good with climbing ladders to heights over 10ft
- Problem Solvers : Able to identify issues and find effective solutions on the go.
- Physically Fit : Comfortable lifting equipment (around 100 lbs) and moving furniture when needed.
- Quick Learners : Industry experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person!
- Basic Math Skills : To complete customer transactions accurately.
- Sales Savvy : Outside sales experience is a bonus but not required.

Responsibilities
- Deliver Exceptional Service : Provide friendly, professional service to all customers, treating each home with respect and courtesy.
- Follow Your Schedule : Complete customer service appointments on time, keeping our internal team updated on your schedule.
- Master Our Products : Gain an in-depth knowledge of all cleaning services and products to provide expert recommendations.
- Use Equipment Safely : Confidently handle cleaning equipment from the vehicle to the customer's home, following all safety guidelines.
- Upsell Additional Services : Identify additional customer needs and recommend services like fabric guard, upholstery cleaning, and more.
- Drive Responsibly : Operate company vehicles safely and maintain a clean driving record.
- Keep Records Organized : Accurately complete daily route sheets and documentation.
