Requirements

BS degree in Business, Economics, Finance or Accounting. Other degrees considered given relevant experience
2-4 years of related financial experience
Excellent financial analytical skills, a solid understanding of financial reporting and accounting, and a proven ability to work across functions within an organization
Superior Excel skills mandatory
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

Administer global financial systems (HFM and Planful), ensuring data integrity and smooth operation
Maintain and enhance reporting tools to support accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting
Prepare and present global consolidated financial analyses (actuals, forecasts, budgets)
Partner with Finance and Sales Management to support North American growth strategies, including pricing, segmentation, and headcount planning
Support annual budget, monthly forecasts, and scenario planning efforts
Align North American financial performance with global strategic goals through collaboration with the global finance team
Prepare and review month-end financials with variance analysis vs. budget and forecast
Provide actionable insights to improve financial outcomes
Support annual commercial sales planning (commissions, payment terms, KPIs)
Monitor and analyze operational expenses for North American commercial teams
