About The Position

Commercial & FAR Solutions Pricing Senior Manager The Opportunity: In this position, you’ll operate in a matrixed environment and partner closely with product, solutions, growth, finance, contracts, legal, and technology leaders. Your ability to work cross-functionally and integrate these various pricing frameworks will be instrumental in achieving strategic business objectives and enhancing the overall pricing capability within the organization. What You’ll Work On: Develop and execute government, international, and commercial pricing strategies for advanced and emerging technologies, focusing on competitive models, value-based approaches, and customer-centric solutions that drive market growth and profitability. Design scalable as-a-service pricing structures for both FAR and commercial markets, ensuring alignment with evolving business needs and customer expectations. Partner with product, solutions, and client service leaders to integrate labor, hardware, or software pricing throughout the solution lifecycle, from design through go-to-market, including low rate production. Conduct competitive cost and price analyses through market research, market trend assessments, and historical pricing reviews. Evaluate and recommend pricing approaches for teaming and subcontractor agreements. Lead development, standardization, and adoption of solution-oriented proposal practices, pricing tools, and methodologies. Apply foundational knowledge of FAR-based pricing to ensure compliance with government regulations, cost accounting standards, and contractual requirements. Maintain and enhance pricing history, analytics, and a benchmarking database. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of pricing professionals and drive talent development and retention. Join us. Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in pricing or cost estimating, including developing proposals across all major contract types
  • 5+ years of experience leading a pricing function, including recruiting, developing, and retaining professional staff
  • 3+ years of experience developing commercial pricing strategies, methodologies, and solution-based pricing models, including as-a-Service and outcomes-based
  • Experience across all aspects of price and cost proposal development, including risk, compliance, and estimating practices
  • Experience selecting and managing complex pricing and estimating tools
  • Experience delivering pricing strategy briefings, analyses, and training to senior leaders
  • Ability to lead in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and execute strategic initiatives
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree
