About The Position

Created and organized by Kosmos, the Kings League has become a global phenomenon that has revolutionized the way we understand football and sports. A new 7-a-side football league with teams chaired by the world's best streamers and content creators, with revolutionary rules aimed at uniting the best of football with the latest trends in esports and new ways of communicating and understanding the world. In this sense, the Kings League has not only managed to "reimagine the game," but has also elevated sport and entertainment to a new dimension, making it more accessible to all audiences. We are looking for a Commercial Director with a strong hunter mindset to lead and accelerate revenue growth for Kings League US. This role will be the senior commercial owner of partnerships and digital revenues, responsible for building, structuring, and closing high-impact commercial deals around our media and IP assets. You will personally drive key deals while acting as the commercial reference point for the US market, working closely with internal teams and senior stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 6–8+ years of experience in commercial roles such as digital sales, sport partnerships, business development, or commercial strategy within sports, entertainment, or digital media.
  • Proven track record of closing high-value digital deals and consistently delivering revenue growth.
  • Strong network within sports brands, digital agencies, media buyers, or performance advertisers.
  • Experience working with sports IP, digital media products, or content-driven commercial models.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Entrepreneurial, autonomous, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in a digital sports brand, digital sports agency, media company, or performance-driven environment is a strong plus.
  • Additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the commercial strategy for digital sponsorships and sports partnerships in the US market.
  • Identify, approach, negotiate, and close high-value deals with sports brands, digital advertisers, agencies, and media partners.
  • Structure and sell branded content, digital sponsorships, and innovative partnership formats aligned with advertiser KPIs.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers (brands, agencies, media buyers).
  • Work closely with content, marketing, and production teams to design commercial offers with measurable performance.
  • Monitor market trends in digital sports, entertainment, and online media to identify new revenue streams and growth opportunities.
  • Act as a senior commercial voice internally, bringing market insights and contributing to strategic decisions.
