The Director, Commercial Development is part of the Comply business development/sales team for the Americas reporting to the VP of Commercial Development. The role is instrumental in propelling growth in our Circular Takeback Solutions line of business in North America. The Director will lead a team of Commercial Development reps and Managers and will be closely aligned with the Environmental Compliance Management team and the Customer Care team. The incumbent for this position must have a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sustainability or a related field along with 15+ years of progressive Sales and Business Development leadership experience.
