About the Role: Main Purpose: Lead commercial operations, contract management, and profitability across bids, proposals, and project delivery. Drive pricing strategy, negotiations, and risk management while ensuring compliance. Collaborate with Sales/BD, Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Legal to improve win rates, cash flow, and gross margin.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in commercial operations, contract negotiation , or project management
  • Expertise in estimating, proposal development, and business planning
  • Strong skills in financial analysis, pricing, and stakeholder management
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification (PMP preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional commercial strategy to maximize financial performance
  • Lead bid and tender management (RFQs/RFPs), review T&Cs, and mitigate commercial risk
  • Negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers for favorable terms
  • Oversee post-award commercial performance , including cost control, KPI reviews, and contract amendments
  • Ensure compliance with commercial governance, processes, and legislation
