Position Overview The Head of Commercial Contracts will be responsible for leading and facilitating contract negotiation with key, strategic clients, ensuring that these agreements align with the company objectives, mitigate risk, and support long-term business relationships. This role requires strong commercial awareness, interpersonal skills to balance client satisfaction with organizational interests, and effective cross-departmental collaboration skills, working closely with the Datwyler legal department, as well as the individual Global Key Account Managers. This role will also be required to propose, fine-tune, and implement a formal process for contract negotiation, considering the Datwyler Delegation of Authorities.
