About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction planning through final completion. The Project Manager will play a key role in managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client communication while ensuring projects meet safety standards, quality expectations, and delivery timelines. Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction or general contracting
• Strong understanding of construction project lifecycle from planning through closeout
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents
• Experience managing subcontractors, schedules, and project budgets
• Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with construction management software and project documentation systems
• Candidates should be local to Minnesota or able to reliably work onsite in Excelsior, MN

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through project closeout
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure efficient project execution
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost tracking reports
• Review construction documents, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate scope alignment
• Lead project meetings with clients, architects, engineers, and field teams
• Monitor jobsite progress, ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality expectations
• Manage change orders, procurement, and contract documentation
• Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions to maintain schedules and budgets
• Support field supervisors and superintendents to maintain workflow efficiency
