Requirements

Demonstrated experience managing commercial construction and concrete projects
Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

Manage commercial construction and concrete projects from contract award through closeout
Coordinate field personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow efficiency
Track project budgets, schedules, change orders, and documentation
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality control, and safety compliance
Serve as the primary contact for owners, engineers, and project stakeholders
Identify potential delays or cost impacts and implement corrective action plans
Assist with project planning, resource management, and operational coordination
