About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee building projects from preconstruction planning through final completion in La Crescenta, CA. This full-time onsite role focuses on managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and according to design specifications. The Project Manager will play a central role in coordinating construction activities across commercial and residential projects, including renovations, tenant improvements, and ground-up builds. This position requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients. The ideal candidate is a proactive professional with a solid background in construction management who can successfully guide projects from concept through closeout while maintaining quality standards and cost control.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager within commercial or residential building projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and cost management
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents
  • Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing multiple active projects
  • Strong communication and leadership skills when working with clients and project teams
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and budgets
  • Ability to work full-time onsite in La Crescenta, CA

Responsibilities

  • Manage construction projects from initial planning and budgeting through project completion
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost tracking reports
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure efficient project execution
  • Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation to ensure scope accuracy
  • Conduct jobsite visits to monitor progress, safety compliance, and workmanship quality
  • Communicate regularly with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams regarding project status
  • Manage contracts, change orders, and project documentation throughout the construction lifecycle
  • Ensure projects meet quality standards, schedule requirements, and cost objectives
  • Identify and resolve project challenges to maintain progress and minimize delays
  • Support project closeout activities including documentation, inspections, and final client walkthroughs
