About The Position

This position will report to the Sheet Plant Region Manager. Primary contact for Strategic and National Account opportunities: Representative on all NA and SA bids Develop cadence of meetings with National Account Pricing Analysts Determine proper plant alignment for bids based on capabilities and geography Track bids results Develop list of capabilities and geographic gaps based on bid/pipeline information Chessboard approach for current and future opportunities Ability to act as a liaison between the region and various stakeholders including sales, manufacturing, customer service, and finance. Interact with a wide variety of International Paper teams and indirectly teams within the customer’s structure in an effort to aid the customer’s growth in many different markets. Track Wins/Losses for the region Solid understanding of products sold to our customer, business portfolio, current products, go-to-market strategy, manufacturing strategy, and supply chain and how those relate to corrugated products sold. Support and collaborate with region and sales team in evaluating cost, assessment of various cost inputs and margin impacts. Support complexes on margin improvement initiatives Share best practices and resources with FSM’s to resources for Salesforce, ZoomInfo and other lead generation tools. Gather, collate, and disseminate market detail for understanding market conditions, reviewing market changes and aligning proposals for commercial efforts. Assist with reporting, analyzing and understanding the impact of proposal decisions on financials. Reviews Witron/HRMS cost breakdowns for accuracy and effective cost allocation. Involvement in all cost system adjustments Will serve as SME for Amtech Encore project to replace HRMS and support transition Reviews and advises of HUB people assignment changes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience and knowledge of corrugated box plant operations/product types is required
  • A minimum of 5 years related experience (pricing, forecasting, or reporting) of which 3 years were specifically within the paper industry
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and qualitative analysis skills required
  • High proficiency with Crystal Reports, PowerBI, Consolidated Sales, HRMS, Witron, MS Excel applications, Salesforce and ZoomInfo.
