Learn more about career areas and business divisions at wellsfargojobs.com In this role, you will: Manage, coach, and develop a team of high-performing Relationship Managers while also engaging with clients and driving business development Provide expertise on ‘the art of commercial relationship management’ including anticipating business needs, navigating decision‑makers, managing expectations, and driving proactive, value-added communication Oversee financial analyses, client presentations, and partner engagement, ensuring thoughtful risk assessment and a unified approach across stakeholders Serve as a strategic advisor internally and externally, shaping the priorities, approach and execution of the team to deepen and expand client relationships as well as acquire new relationships Represent Wells Fargo externally with clients, prospects, and the community to advance the business’s strategic objectives Exercise good judgement and serve as a trusted escalation point for employees and clients Influence across the organization, collaborating with senior leaders, and driving value-added partnerships Cultivate a strong talent pipeline, foster a high‑performance culture, and mentor emerging leaders in support of long‑term organizational capability Lead your team in delivering the full Wells Fargo platform, establishing best practices for partnering with product groups, understanding client businesses, and aligning solutions to their strategic, operational, and financial priorities
