About The Position

We are currently searching for a Commercial Banking Associate to join our Popular Association LoanManagement team! This position is responsible for providing customers with a high level of service and support toa designated business banking team to ensure customers receive consistent, quality service, their inquiries areresponded to, and operational situations are resolved promptly and efficiently. In this position, you will: Research, investigate and resolve customer discrepancies, complaints and payments. Assist customers in opening new accounts, reconciliation of their accounts, and account transfers, loandraws, and pay-downs. Applies customer payments on the loan system to conform with terms of the loan documents. Act as liaison with various units responsible for providing service to the commercial customer including butnot limited to the processing of loans, payments, financial analysis, statements, etc. Pro-actively seek information from clients and prospective clients to understand possible changing situations,needs and desired benefits, communicate information to relationship officer. Ensure respective databases are accurate and up to date for customer information. Compile data and generate management reports as needed. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, combined with two years of customer service background.
• Ability to work on multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
• Writes clearly and informatively; provide good documentation.
• Identifies and resolves problems.
• Demonstrates attention to detail.
• The candidate must provide evidence of academic preparation or courses related to the job posting, if necessary.
• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
