Commercial Banking Associate
About The Position
Commercial Banking Associates, will be assigned to rotations in Sales, Operations, Product Management and Revenue Management based on prioritized business needs. The sequence of the rotations will be tailored to the company's needs matched with the associate’s strengths, experience, and development progress. Timing and length of rotations will be six months, with exceptions for shorter or longer assignments based on workload and business needs. Perform monthly processes related to Account Analysis billing and revenue capture, ensuring accurate and complete revenue capture and strong controls. Set up new clients, services, accounts, and users on a broad array of treasury management applications, including Online Banking, ACH, Wire, Bill Pay, Remote Deposit, and Positive Pay. Serve as project support and project lead on various strategic and operational initiatives and take the lead on process and continuous improvements throughout rotations. Work with Commercial Client On-Boarding team on the preparation of documents, conducting due diligence and preparation of account for approval and on-boarding.
Responsibilities
