Are you an experienced Commercial Lender who enjoys building relationships in your community? As a commercial lender, you will analyze and manage existing commercial relationships along with investigating and developing opportunities to attract new customers. With active engagement in the community, you will cultivate relationships and promote the image and services of the bank. You will utilize your deep knowledge of commercial banking to understand the customers’ or prospects’ business and personal needs in order to establish and negotiate terms for extending credit and cross selling other services. What You’ll Do: A Day in the Life – Your focus will be to generate new lending relationships while managing and existing portfolio of clients. You will work to increase your loan portfolio and improve penetration into the communities we serve. You will also analyze information that reflects the creditworthiness of current customers and the merits of existing loans through inspections of the collateral, review of interim financial reports, and other means.
